“Fast Transact will occupy 15,000 sq feet of the top floor and the four-story 65,000 sq foot building gives us plenty of room for expansion over the next 10 years,” added Solomon. While the national and local economy appears to be heading towards a deep recession, “Fast Transact’s hiring requirements will continue to grow, mirroring its expected 70-100% annual growth rate over the next 3-4 years.”
