/ CEO / Chairman
David Solomon is the founder, board
chairman, and CEO of Fast Transact, Inc. It was during July 2001 that David
and his wife, Anna, established Fast Transact, LLC / Solomon & Associates, Inc. The primary focus was on
payment gateway processing and credit card merchant services. Prior to this
time, David held a position as EZIC’s Vice President of Sales in which he became
an authority in payment gateway processing and gateway integration, merchant
acquisition documentation, fulfillment procedures, sign-up wizard, sales pro-formas,
business plan iteration, and general payment gateway sales. David continues
to be instrumental in the development of Fast Transact’s payment processing
solutions for retail and internet credit card data compilation, database integrations,
domestic and international fraud prevention, and PCI compliance. His background
was in public lecturing and speaking for over 13 years before entering the
payment processing industry. |

- Co-Founder / President
Anna Solomon is the co-founder, president and board
member of Fast Transact, Inc., an ISO based in Olympia WA. Along with her husband
David, they began as MLS in 1995. While David focused on sales, Anna managed
the office. Personally performing such tasks as customer service, managing
employees and downloading equipment has given her a solid knowledge base of
the inner workings of an ISO. Together, she and David have built a company
that now has 30 employees and several agent offices nationwide. Their focus
has mainly been e-commerce and developing systems that help promote convenience
and security for online processing. |

Chief
Financial Officer
Lisa Rivera joined Fast Transact's executive
management team in 2002 as its chief financial officer. In her capacity
as CFO, she oversees
the treasury, investor relations, tax, information systems,
internal audit, facilities and human resources, as well as the underwriting/risk
departments. |
